Why I Wrote This
In 2014, I was 19. My mother had moved from Haiti; my father was back home; I became head of household for seven people. I worked in call centers, at Walmart, in dealerships, in warehouses, and in security. Nothing stuck.
In a security class meant to land another job, my instructor, Clermont, an accountant, asked about taxes. I said yes. He trained me that season, and I switched to accounting.
Six years later, my partner and I founded Premier Excel Solutions, which is thriving today. My first job, at 17, was a Liberty Tax sign-waver in a foam costume, never imagining it'd become my career.
I wrote this book to give you the blueprint I wish I had when I started.

Withberley "Ferb" Alexandre is an entrepreneur, tax professional, and mentor. Born in Haiti and raised with responsibility early, he turned pressure into purpose.
What started at 17 as waving a Liberty Tax sign became a career after one conversation with a mentor. Ferb studied under seasoned professionals before launching his own firm.
